		<description>Hilarious!  I'm glad to know we aren't the only ones to wonder about volume issues. I was looking for a used ice cream maker at a local thrift shop and came across some hot air poppers. If we decide to ramp up production, we'll consider them.

I've read that you can cool the beans on metal cookie sheets. Have you tried this?
