"Organic," "natural," "eco-friendly," and "non-toxic" are all potentially very confusing. I wonder whether some of these terms even *have* specific, consistent definitions. I do know that to be labelled "organic," many products have to meet certain standards. But I'm not sure about the others. Do you know? LaTara, thanks for your comment. I think because I write about things along this line sometimes, and because I have been into "healthy" foods for a long time, I'm aware of certain dangers. But I still don't always check. I take for granted that, because it says it's natural or green, that it's safe. Lesson learned . . . mistakes happen all the time, even in that industry.
